Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving weekend flew by with more events than ever. Today I am home alone and the house is quiet. I am so grateful for my life and the family and friends I share it with. Thank you God!

Veteran's Day!

My Dad was in the Navy and once while on leave his picture was taken for an article in the Saturday Evening Post. He didn't have a copy but knew he was in it. I was able to track it down and bought it on ebay a few years back. He was shocked that I could find it and said it was the best gift I ever gave him. :) He is second from the left. I salute you Dad on this Veteran's Day!
