Farewell Lady Bella

Tuesday, June 21st, we had to say goodbye to our precious Ladybug. 13 years and 3 months old. It was a sad two days as we had her checked at the Vet and then spent the evening and next day loving on her as the hours counted down till 5 o'clock. Severe kidney failure made it certain we had no other choice but to let her go. Lady was such a wonderful sweet sweet dog. I will miss seeing her chew on her rope, turn in a circle, wait patiently at the back door to be let out, stare at us when she hadn't been fed or was out of water, chase and play with Kayoobi and wrap her front legs around him to pull him down when she felt he was getting too rowdy. She was even known to smile. Yes, smile. ;) We love you, our dear loyal companion, Lady Bella Anderson!
