Brett left for football camp (in Eager, AZ) this morning. He humored me and let me take this picture (at home of course), with the promise that we wouldn't hang around waiting for the bus to drive off. As promised we dutifully gave quick hugs and left without any fuss. For his part he vowed to not get sunburned like last year! It is weird though. Jeff and I will get a preview of what the "empty nest" feels like. It's a good thing we still like each other after all these years! :)
